"Remember that it is not hasty reading, but serious meditation on holy and heavenly truths, that makes them prove sweet and profitable to the soul. It is not the mere touching of the flower by the bee that gathers honey, but her abiding for a time on the flower that draws out the sweet. It is not he that reads most, but he that meditates most, that will prove to be the choicest, sweetest, wisest and strongest Christian." (Thomas Brooks)

Greetings Doug,
Another wonderful and thought provoking video! What I find so compelling about this teaching is the woman's one pointedness in asking Jesus for help through her touching the hem of His garment. In her reaching for Him, she asks to be healed and to her, that healing is given. Jesus relates to His apostles that virtue, or power, went out of Him by that one pointed, faith filled receptivity of the woman who asked to receive this, to receive the abundant Life, and to her, the asking was perfectly answered by the ALLNESS of the Divine Giving. This is the harvest that runneth over, the All Givingness of the Author of Life giving Life in all that It is and all that It may produce so that the living branch in its purging beareth more fruit, and that most abundantly.
Yours in the Love of Christ,
John
Doug,
It's been a while since being to your blog. I enjoyed this video of the woman witht he issue of blood.
I also watched your video when you went outside asking for prayer for the people in the fires.
We have been praying.
God bless you.
