I noticed the other day that Reformed Theological Seminary now has a page on iTunes U in the iTunes Podcast Directory. One can now download entire courses worth of lectures from RTS professors on Systematic Theology, Church History, philosophy, pastoral work, OT/NT, apologetics, and other topics. Very cool resource.
