It will be a superficial, weak, carnal, disunited church; where people are playing fast and loose with their Bibles. Reading their newspaper, watching their television, looking, looking, looking, looking at what the world is commending and only giving a minute here and a minute there to look at God’s Word.

It is so sad that this is what is happening at a growing majority of evangelical churches all across America. There is an overwhelming sense of a very superficial attitude towards the Bible and too many people allow the philosophy of the world to guide their thoughts rather than God's Word.
It is sad! The neglect of God's Word, in the Church, is definitely epidemic in the West! Thanks for the quote, Doug.
